Function and application of medical mask

     The use of medical mouth ink can avoid mutual infection between doctors and patients, so it requires high antibacterial and air permeability. In the past, the materials used for medical masks were multi-layer gauze or folded with 25-30m2 nonwovens, and some were molded nonwovens, but the antibacterial and air permeability of these materials were very poor.

At present, most of the medical mask materials we use are spunlaced nonwovens or composite materials with melt blown method in the middle. The softness, air permeability and filterability of this material are very good. If the antibacterial property of medical mask needs to reach more than 95%, the selected material can be polypropylene melt blown nonwovens as the main filter material.

In order to make medical masks play a high protective role, we must be careful when choosing the filter media, we must choose the media that can effectively filter particles. The selection of materials for making masks must meet the requirements of filtration, not only to meet the requirements of inspiratory resistance, water resistance and other indicators, but also to ensure the filtration efficiency.
